Escaped convict back in

WESTVILLE, Ind. (AP) - A convicted robber and arsonist who was arrested in Montana after he escaped from the Westville Correctional Facility is back in Indiana custody.
Forty-two-year-old Kelvin Fuller of Anderson was returned last weekend to the northern Indiana prison where he escaped on Aug. 1, 2007.
He was apprehended a week after his escape in Butte, Montana.
He will serve the remaining five years on his original sentence, plus face escape and other charges. He has already been convicted of a bank robbery committed in Wyoming during his flight.
The Indiana Department of Correction says Fuller will be in maximum security and will be handcuffed and shackled whenever he leaves his cell.
