DMV's have installed high tech software that compares a new license photo with others that have already been shot. When a new photo seems to match an existing one, the software sends an alarm. Indiana, BMV Communication Director Dennis Rosebrough tells us not smiling in photos allows facial features to be detected more accurately and shows true characteristics of one's face.
